When one realizes this article is from 1997, then one has to realize that the Israeli's have advanced a helluva lot further in their nuke making.

All of these "thefts" of highly secret nuclear weapon info that took place right under the noses of the FBI was not a theft in the usual sense of the word.

When a country, like say Israel, tells its bitch, say the United States, that it needs even more of our secret nuclear weapon technology, and some laptops that just happen to have that secret information that say, a country like Israel is demanding the U.S. turn over and we turn it over, that's not theft in the conventional sense of the word.
What that type of conspiracy to steal is called in the legalese world is "collusion."

No matter how many poor bastards, like some innocent Chinese guy, gets blamed for the "theft", it's not a theft when both parties agree in advance what is to be stolen, when it's to be stolen and how much is to be stolen and who the designated patsy is.

These "thefts" have been taking place in broad daylight.

"Lost" B-52 nuke cruise missiles were on way to Middle East for attack on Iran

Labor Day weekend incident was a revolt by US Air Force and other US intelligence agencies against Bush-Cheney plans for pre-emptive nuclear and conventional strike on Iran.

WMR has learned from U.S. and foreign intelligence sources that the B-52 transporting six stealth AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missiles, each armed with a W-80-1 nuclear warhead, on August 30, were destined for the Middle East via Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana.

However, elements of the Air Force, supported by U.S. intelligence agency personnel, successfully revealed the ultimate destination of the nuclear weapons and the mission was aborted due to internal opposition within the Air Force and U.S. Intelligence Community.

Yesterday, the Washington Post attempted to explain away the fact that America's nuclear command and control system broke down in an unprecedented manner by reporting that it was the result of "security failures at multiple levels." It is now apparent that the command and control breakdown, reported as a BENT SPEAR incident to the Secretary of Defense and White House, was not the result of a command and control chain-of-command "failures" but the result of a revolt and push back by various echelons within the Air Force and intelligence agencies against a planned U.S. attack on Iran using nuclear and conventional
weapons.

The Washington Post story on BENT SPEAR may have actually been an effort in damage control by the Bush administration. WMR has been informed by a knowledgeable source that one of the six nuclear-armed cruise missiles was, and may still be, unaccounted for. In that case, the nuclear reporting incident would have gone far beyond BENT SPEAR to a National Command Authority alert known as EMPTY QUIVER, with the special classification of PINNACLE.

Chemical 'WMD' found at U.N. may be little more than cleaner

Fooled again.

Chemicals discovered in the United Nations' Manhattan offices - feared to be a toxic agent produced by Saddam Hussein's regime a decade ago - may be nothing worse than a cleaning solvent, sources said yesterday.

Preliminary tests show the substance, which was found Aug. 24, was not the potentially fatal phosgene, sources said.

"It's not phosgene, and it tested negative for all other chemical warfare agents. It's not dangerous, and it's not what they thought they had," a law enforcement source said.

UN officials discovered the chemical in a canister sealed in an unmarked plastic bag as they closed a weapons inspection agency on E. 48th St., a block from UN headquarters.

By Aug. 29, UN officials said they traced the material using inventory sheets. They believed it was a chemical warfare agent seized by UN inspectors in 1996 from Iraq's chemical weapons facility near Samarra.
