Are we finally seeing 'part of the change?'

Finally, with a new Administration in the United States that is ‘promising to bring change’, we just might be seeing a part of that these coming weeks. If contacts with Cuba, Venezuela and other Socialist States develop, policies might change for the better…. we can hope!
